At Fund Forward, we’re committed to making your fundraising purchase a positive experience. Because all sales directly support fundraisers, returns and refunds are not guaranteed. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we review requests on a case-by-case basis.
If there is a problem with your order (such as damage, defects, or receiving the wrong item), please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@fundforward.ca with your order details. Our team will review your request promptly and work with you toward a fair resolution.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
