Cook from frozen.
Deep fry: Preheat vegetable oil to 180C (355 F). Fry frozen rings for 1-2 minutes until golden brown
Oven bake: Preheat oven to 210 C (410F) Bake in the center of the oven for 6 minutes on each side for 6 minutes.
Pan Fry: Preheat 5 ml of vegetable oil to medium heat. Fry in a covered pan for 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
