Using premium Alaskan whitefish we cut it down to strips and lightly battered them to create high quality taco cut pollock for in-home use. Use these 1.6 oz. cuts in tacos or by themselves for delicious flavor every time. You will think you are sitting on the beach in Mexico.  Hola Amigo!

Cooking Instructions:

For best results cook from frozen.

Deep Fry: Heat oil to 365°F, and fry approximately 4-5 minutes until golden brown.

Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F and bake approximately 13-15 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Turn over once during cooking.

Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 375°F, cook for approximately 10-11 min. Cooking time and temperatures may vary with equipment: for added crispness, cook slightly longer.)

Ingredients: Pollock, wheat flour, corn starch, corn flour, salt, sugar, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), milk, garlic powder, yeast extract, onion powder, dextrose, guar gum, partially fried in canola oil.
