KAPOW Dumplings are a quick and easy-to-prepare appetizer or entree add-on. This dim sum standard has become popular in all classes of restaurants. Asian-style dishes are one of the fastest-growing segments in the appetizer category, are super easy to prepare at home, and are sure to impress your family and guests.

Cooking Instructions
For best results, thaw before cooking.
1) Pan-fry until brown. Add water, cover to steam.
2) Deep fry at 350°F for 2-3 minutes.
Broth / Soup:
1) Product is fully cooked and therefore can be added directly to soup from the thawed state with no further preparation. With that said internal temperature must reach 140°F. To achieve this proceed with either a or b below.
a. Pre-heat dumplings using steam or a boil preparation method. Once at temp (140°F) the product can be added directly to a hot soup. Hold as you would any other soup product.
b. Add thawed dumplings to the soup of choice. Bring soup to a rolling boil for 2-3 minutes to ensure dumplings have reached an appropriate temperature. Hold as you would any other soup product.
