Preparation instructions:

To serve chilled: (Preferred method) Remove crab from bag; run under cold water for 7-10 minutes or thaw in the refrigerator overnight.

To serve warm: This is a fully cooked product. To warm  Steam : Fill bottom of a large pot with water. Bring water to a boil. Place thawed crab in steam basket and steam over boiling water for 4-6 minutes. If frozen steam for 6-8 minutes.
